Into Draconia's Act 2 is out NOW, bringing the game to 10 HOURS OF PLAYTIME! Traverse vast areas, engage in fierce battles, challenge mighty foes! Memorandums, holy warriors, snowy gospels! DRACONIA!!!


With the second Act released, the game is about 80% DONE! Sorry for no drawing for this post, though - I'm on a vacation in Mongolia right now and I forgot to transfer my drawing app to the laptop, which is also the reason why no art came out lately... But let's not talk sad!

The second Act brings some new, dangerous locations for you to explore:
- First is the Frozen Reach, an icy-cold region high up in the stratosphere, lying after the Blood Seal which separated Lower Draconia and Upper Draconia! Cold blessings and freezing misfortune abound!
- The Great Vault, a most glorious chamber where the mythical Crest resides - that's right! YOU CAN OBTAIN THE GREAT CREST OF POWER NOW! However, don't be so assured of your victory, for unwanted elements have a tendency to intercede...

ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ♦ ♦ ♦

This big update also brings many bug fixes and additions to the table! Here's a list of all of them:
- THE GAME NOW HAS VOICE ACTING! The only voiced characters are Leviticus, Scourge and the Windwalkers. Reminding you all that you can voice ANY other character just by sending me some audio!

- The Read Language ability of Clerics and Rogues now HAS ACTUAL USE since I've added scrolls across the game that grant new skills upon reading them while knowing the correct language.

- All of the range weapons received buffs! Now they also enhance the range of your skills, even if it is just by 1 tile!

- A little change was made to the enemy AI so that even if there's no enemies in immediate skill range they'll still be doing something instead of just standing there!

- Changed the AI of the Giant Spiders so that now they only use Web on you on the first turn and actually attack for the rest of the battle.

- Vane Goodman's abilities now have gun animations instead of bow ones.

- Breaking the Blood Seal of Gavinrad by yourself automatically fails Shirley's quest.

- Fixed the artefact pixels on Manticore's bestiary entry.

- More missing Bestiary entries were added.

- Added a Rune Soldier reference. Go watch the anime, by the way, it's great.

- Added the missing ghost girl in Sandmound.

- Buffed the Ranger's "Heal Pet" skill so that now it applies Regeneration.

- Kobolds now have a 100% chance to drop scales.

- Added portraits in-battle for Highton, Richard, Svea and Shirley.

- Fixed a bug where Larry's and Paul's nameplates lingered into the battle.

- Sitting at any campfire will now remove Diseases from your party.

- Alice now also ressurects Dunstan if you have him in your party.

- Clerics can no longer go insane from using Heal Wounds.

- The game now has a level cap of 25 - you can't go further than that, though I doubt anyone will reach it in the first place.

- Rithen now has a down sprite! Poor Rithen.

- Fixed the typo in the description of the Ogre Club.

- The other Sleep state can now be removed by taking damage.

- Fixed a bug with EXP gain from the fight with the Blind Sage.
