Rosetta only makes a small appearance in the game. She can only be briefly found in Dreshka’s town. Rosetta can also be found in the Secrets of Dyrt and in Star Story.

Rosetta is just like Melody an Elf of the First Generation. One of the first 100 Elves created in the Garden of Creation. Though she doesn’t look like it she’s thousands of years old.

Rosetta is trademarked by her red hair, her preference to wear long dresses and to never wear any kinds of socks or shoes, and thus always walks barefooted (even when the weather is cold). She’s very kind hearted, and always tries to see the good in people no matter how much they are hated by others. This causes the other Elves of the First Generation to see her as naive and they are constantly worried she may one day put her trust into the wrong person leading her into her doom.

Rosetta is one of the best magicians among the Elves. In fact only Moriquo and Yuleria (who will both not appear in the game) may be better than her. Rosetta’s TRUE power (which will not be revealed in this game, but in Star Story this power can help you), lies in the fact that Rosetta can learn a new language whenever somebody speaks to her in that language with a correct sentence of at least ten words (hence I named her Rosetta after the Rosetta Stone. Heck the only reason why “Stone” isn’t her surname is because the Elves of the First Generation do not have surnames).

Rosetta is one of those characters appearing in the game only playing a minor role in the game, but playing a bigger role in the Phantasar lore as a whole.
