I have FINALLY done it. The file should be much easier to open now and shouldn't require another apps....SHOULDN'T.
This patch adds a new, smoother target bar and target aim (The bar you aim with when attacking) as well as an enhanced room with a few soon to come additions.

UI SPRITES HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AND UPDATED.
I didn't like the previous ones. Although they WERE unique, they were all too abstract and different. These match a bit more, while giving off a bit of different energy from one another.
