Well, things are not really going as planned.
At this moment I’m dealing with some mess caused by my recent divorce. And the worst part is, it’s not my ex-wife who caused this mess. An external person did. Someone’s really testing how far he can go with both me and my ex-wife.
Do you know what’s worse than having your ex being mad with you?
Having two people who used to have a relationship being angry with you about it, and somebody is right now in that position for very good reasons!

I’m terribly sorry, I didn’t mean to burden you with my private problems, the reason I say this is because… it’s slowing down the development of this game.

Nevertheless I did make a lot of progress…
On the main story I’ve just begun on the semi-final dungeon. Basically this dungeon will link you through to the final dungeon. This does indeed mean that when it comes to the main story line, the development is entering the final stage, however that does not mean the game as a whole is… unfortunately…

Before I go into detail… Do you wanna see the semi final dungeon? Or do you wanna wait until the full game is done?

And in game this is all animated. I’m pretty proud of the result ;)

When the story line part is all done, it’ll be easier for me to make some print-outs of the spoken scenario. People who think they can do a better job than the voice actors who did the original game, may then attempt to do better and they can use these print-outs. Of course, if you are interested it goes without saying that you should keep everything you’ll see then a secret until the game’s released. “Spoilers” is such an ugly word, isn’t it?

I will also have to work out a few extra sidequests, optional bosses, and not to mention this game will feature a New Game+ in which 4 new dungeons will be added to the game, and one dungeon in particular is interesting as it tells some very vital background stuff about the game’s main antagonist.

During the upcoming month the annual curse of getting another year older will strike me. Damn, 42 already…. I really don’t feel like I’m in my forties already… I’m way to young for that age… Well in my heart that is… I hate time. Well, as things look now, it’s not likely my birthday will get in the way of the game’s production. I’m not planning to celebrate that this year as I got too much other things on my mind now.

Once everything I noted here is done, it comes down to the part I hate most. Testing the entire game and start bugfixing and implementing forgotten yet important features. yeah yeah, I’ll be busy for awhile and I’m doing it all for you :)
