So yeah, between my phone, my voice, the OG Gacha Life, AutoDesk Sketchbook and PowerDirector, I made the pilot as a way to have some sort of framework in case I decided to pick up Angel Stage for real one day.

Originally, I was hoping to make a casting call for VAs to help me, but as small of a creator as I am it would take WAY too long. It was just an idea at the time, so it's not like I was banking anything on it. Recent access to new resources and the potential of solodeving that I have found myself to have are making me consider a whole new approach.

I will probably make Angel Stage a hybrid VN game project, and may only use the Gacha aspect in promotional material (such as art, memes, music videos, and maybe even a couple of short tie-in VNs through the Gacha Story app - provided it's still available). I may create my own style of chibis for the non-VN gameplay though as they are much easier to animate!

Anyways I lowkey wanted to use this background again, but I'm gonna "assign" it to the Angel Stage topic - more posts on that will come in the far future as I finalize what I'm gonna do with it!

Crazy how it's almost been four years since I completed the entire woulda-been-film storyboard...
