Patch 1.0.3 Fixes:

Hopefully fixed the difficulty screen not letting you switch between Hard and Hardcore difficulty, and attempted to fix the rather bugged nature of this frame.
Fixed a bug where you couldn't access the final page of the 12:6 night 3 section within the journal.
Fixed an issue where the tracker in the post-section would stop working after deactivating Maskman (hopefully).
Made Chompling's warning in the post-section less of a watermark and more of an actual warning icon.

If there are any more bugs you guys encountered, please let me know. I probably won't play through the game regularly on my own time, so I probably wouldn't know about any more real bugs in the game at the moment unless I stumbled upon them within a casual playthrough. Please report the bugs. I need all of them. All your bugs must belong to me.
