Progress with playable Blake!

Blake is designed around hit and run tactics.
- Long light attack combo, scoring multiple hits.
- Attacks that moves Blake in and out of combat
- A grapple move to laso up enemies together
- Can equip Regular Bullets, Electric Bullets, and Ice Bullets
- A range attack that does not consume Bullets or dust, only stamina.
- Semblance Moves Blake above or outside Enemy Range depending if moving or stationary. If dust equipped the 'shadow' takes that property and will cause the status effect if an enemy touches the shadow.
