this time i am strangely but a humble director (find this a fancier way of saying developer) of the game, the writer being @vezono
, a rare gamejolt visitor i'm fortunate to be good friends with beyond it; he's been involved in my art for a while to the point of discovering a hidden ending in one of the BITphenomenon-adjacent series, my trilingual Xet3logy few people could probably brave to read even partly. so whilst this game will largely fall flat uncontextualised by said trilogy (especially since it features a tidbit of the ukrainian language in it a bit towards the end), we've decided to release it nevertheless. whoever's fortunate enough to eventually solve the riddle of the books will have all the pleasure of getting to know vezono's part of the lore and deeper details of the overarching master narrative of both the trilogy and BITphenomenon series.
the game also features a few more compositions by @J0rmungandr
aka Xenaliven, another close friend of mine who's not that often on here but eh, better than his usual single track in lasodn alone.
annexe is my second adaptation of a written work into an rpgmaker rpg since i[m/r]real. i've been meaning to do this way more often with works other than my own, but since this game first released privately on vezono's birthday it just had the luck of becoming the very first adaptation of mine written by someone else for a change. have fun if you may
feel free to give the source material a read on telegram too.
