muspelheim campaign maps - clean version + industrial era version

V2 of the scifi roll list out

-new initial and settled planet types

-mass cataclysm list added

-random xenos species rolllist section added

ingame machines and gameplay build progressing.

the UI states work now.

latest update to the midgard map based on recent campaigns.

a carrington event has occurred in NW Europe. Germany is in civil war.

limited working code for painting planets, not all the sections work right just yet, sadly.

the previous version was 24 races in 30 pages. this version is 48 races in 65 pages. sorry it took 6 months, i just had to literally double it in size.
