The (new) demo is finally here! Please see article below for more details!

To Previous Players - You must start a new save for this I'm afraid.

This demo will take you the Monument of Govel, where you will finally meet your brother and learn more on how you both came to be within the land. I've extended the gameplay over the original demo, so now you can use your brother in battle and test out his unique abilities over the other characters. Sometimes slowing the enemy or speeding your team up can turn the tide of battle.

A few summarised changes over the original demo;

You now play through an intro region. This area aims to provide some backstory for the characters, whilst also offering a unique take on setting your game difficulty. Actions you take, or don't take, will make a slight difference to your starting difficulty once you begin in Timeland.

Expanded lore on multiple regions.

Additional chests, enemies & items.

Additional dialogue, new dialogue.

Expanded maps across most regions

Quest amendments

Skill/State refinements

Alternative damage multiplier. Enemies will always deal damage unless they miss (previously, if defence was high enough, enemies would do 0 damage, rendering starter mobs useless. This change prevents farming without taking any damage).

Multiple bug fixes and map fixes

Lighting amendments and scene changes.

I hope that, whilst the play regions haven't been expanded upon too much, the above amendments will be enough to make your play through seem fresh and somewhat new.

Note: I am still going through dialogue so you may find some parts that contradict what has happened slightly. For instance, some dialogue was written prior to the introduction scenes being implemented, and therefore may say something slightly different to what the narrative is now telling eg; -Sally.

Note 2: I will be adding another demo version hopefully later today with reduced file size. I forgot to remove unnecessary files.

Revisited the Old Ruins spot from the beginning of the game. I wanted a way to effectively show you're entering the interior of somewhere, whilst also blocking it all off from the outside. A little refinement possibly needed, but I feel this works well.

Another revisit of one of the more original sections, this one being the underground passage to the Monument of Govel. For some reason the video amplifies the smoke effect, it is less obstructive in reality.

An update to the quest system has been made. You can now track quest objectives via the map by selecting them within the quest menu section. Further details can be seen via the patch notes on the main menu.

If you like standing around in games idling, Jimmy will have something to say about that now.

Enjoy watching Jimmy complain about not doing anything with multiple different idle messages.

If you have ideas for funny idle events, let me know!
