Version 1.1.86 is here

(aka the "I'm getting near my limit pushing out all these patches in such a short span for a version of the game I want to move away from" patch)

Anyways, changelog.

OCN:

-Added a Jack-O-Lantern to the pre-night tutorial for OCN

-Fixed issue where players could spam the cameras or mask while being jumpscared

-All 8 main challenge nights of OCN have been rebalanced.

They all now cap at a total points value of 70, with only the main challenger reaching double digits.

(This does not apply to practice mode settings or the purposefully difficult debug night for Nightmare Mangle.)

-Nightmare Purpleguy has been reworked to have a more consistent (and somewhat slower) rate of movement when the vent is open, as well as a "grace period" before he drops down into the office

-Various fixes to the mechanics of the OCN boss fight

-Fixed issues with Shadow Oscar's phases would not properly reset values when he should be deterred

-Fixed issue where some camera layers would not be removed upon being jumpscared

-Increased the range of time it will take before Shadow Oscar will begin a new attack phase

-Reduced the amount of Flash Charge and Door Pressure Shadow Oscar can drain upon jumpscaring the player

(0-50% -> 0-10%)

-Oscar will no longer repeat the same attack pattern that he just used

-Added fail-safes to ensure the two Oscars don't have conflicting jumpscares

Overworld/Halloween Backstage:

-Shortened the amount of time a player needs to press up against the Desk Man's house in order to enter it

-Added additional trigger spots where Possy will provide a not-so-subtle hint on where to find him

-Lowered the amount of times a player must pass over the tirggers for Possy's not-so-subtle hints to pop up

-Fixed small issue where some of the new torch hitboxes in Blacktomb Yard were showing the placeholder icon instead

-Updated map to match new collisions

-Slightly adjusted the placement of the Blue Disc so that it's a bit easier to find

Battle:

-Fixed major issue where Waterhose had it's kill range inverted for enemies in the first space

-Fixed issue where the game was giving out one of the Red Disc fragments for basically free with any battle

-Fixed major issue where the Geist Lair countdown was not working

(It now works again at the most upsetting level possible)

-Mini rainbows are no longer immune to mimiced Buzzsaws, Taserpod, Solar Ball, Thrice Claw, Searing Beam, Break Virus, large Popper detonations and any Showtime skill. There is also a 50% chance an rainbow that reaches the killzone will instakill itself if Hallucination is active.

-Mini rainbows are now slightly more resistant to damage from basic pizzas

(0% -> 50%)

-Geist Lair boss is now somewhat effected by Jumpscare, Jumpscare 2 and Haunting, and also completely effected by Sludge. While it can't be completely stunned or frozen, the status effects will slow down the spawn rate of mini rainbows for their duration.

-Pizza: Fury chip has received a major overhaul to make it far more viable in late game. Basic pizzas now cast more frequently, large pizzas will appear occasionally, and there is a rare chance that it can also throw a Pizza Party!

-Freddle: Fury now unleashes Freddles at a faster rate

-Nightmare Endo set bonus has been modified to include any and all bites the player's team have access to, not just the skills

(Though in the case of Freddles and Endogeddon, the chance of the set bonus taking effect from their bites are lower to balance it out.)

Quest:

-Now displays the current objective of the main story

(Or if that criteria has been met, it will then give more objectives/hints that will guide the player towards two extra trophies and the means of unlocking the TDR derelicts.)

Party Select:

-Now displays all 56 character slots

-Tool, Alphus, Derelict and Defect are now included in the pool of characters when using "Random"

Misc:

-Fixed issue where Fredbear's Update 2 dialogue was popping up earlier than intended in the story

-Fixed Party will now take into account whether or not the player has unlocked Tool, Alphus, Derelict and/or Defect

(You will need to load up the Adventure save that has them unlocked for the values to be set.)

-Fixed a typo in the Normal ending's dialogue

-Fixed a typo in the Items menu description for Counter: Bite

Next up

So apparently CTF updated while I wasn't looking.

Can already tell this is gonna be a literal game changer.

Good news: The files are now safe at home.

Bad news: Gonna be two days until the necessary enclosure comes in so I can access the data.

...and even more backup funds I have spent just to get back to where I was.

Pain.

That doesn't look safe...

It's been a long time coming...

I was considering doing a proper teaser for this, but honestly it might just be better to save the effort for when I work on the real Update 3.

In the mean time, enjoy this low quality preview.

Version 1.2.0 is here!

Me: Man, I really wanted to have something released for the 10th anniversary, but I have nothing ready for it!
