So.. I've thought a lot about what I wanted for this and I set a principle - no supernatural or paranormal bs - A lot of horror is based on that side and I am looking for a more realistic side of horror that being what the Neighbor is doing is more horrifying than if he's summoning some creature from hell. Of course there will be religious themes if that is what you wish for, but that's not the main focus as I believe a disturbing, realistic theme creates a perfect atmosphere for horror.
