Optimizations have been made once aGain!
This time, we figured out how to make the JadeShop™ app animate oodles more smoothly, load pages faster, and install more quickly for new customers! Shaving off a hundred kilobytes doesn’t do, too, much in the way of storage savings, but you will notice that the animated background sprites will no longer drop frames, and therefore look way more beautiful! Some might even say “attractive!”
We were even able to fix the blue sprites, such as the “EXTRAS” button and screen, so that once they reach their lightest frame, they gently fade back down to their darkest one instead of glitching to there without any transition!
