HAHAH! Ok, got the new system working, Converters now get their output item from a ds_map which is much more efficient

Also cleaned up some arrays that no longer have data! Very happy with this!

Think I need to rework how my Conversion Buildings (e.g turns Wood into Coal over time) work.

I want to add a Fermentation Box, but the ones I have like the Furnace use fuel, need to remove that menu section since it's not needed here!
