patch notes 30/11/24:
- geno snowdin encounter's pacing is fixed. no more getting a sans encounter after 2 steps. song nearly finished
- decibat battle added as ruins sub-area boss
- 3rd one's a secret
- torva kidnapped onto team. welcome to brother land.
Expanding NPC buildings is now fully upgraded to the new system where you can change which Item Stack you use for the Components!
Even got some error wiggle in there for feedback!
