New dialogue system for game

So I was polishing the code and art for my game #TwelveSlotSaloon.

I think it's looking pretty good, there's just a few more coding bits I need to fix and the battle system should be ready to go.

I've updated BulletPort with new maps & a new enemy types (and many small improvements!)

I've been working on polishing #TwelveSlotSaloon 's battle system for way too long now.

Though, I did finally get splash screens working, which really adds a flair to the game.
