Anyone know how to fix the frames running slower then they should?

Ребята , у моей игры возникли некоторые проблемы поэтому я временно заморожу данный проект, но не беспокойтесь, ведь вторая глава готова на 67%. Кроме этого я делаю не менее масштабный проект по фнафу. И скорее всего 2 глава выйдет вместе с ним.
