Hey so I wanted to play Don't Forget with my Girlfriend but she got a fatal Error, I sadly didn't see the cause does anyone have anything to help with this?

Hi.I read the txt files that explained what should i do for error.I did everything but it didn't help and still got error. i extracted it in desktop whil antivirus was off and i have all of the c++Packages and the latest version of NetFramework. HELPmePLS
