I've been banned on my account named diavolicchio for spamming with alt account, so, i wanted request if im permbanned or temporanely banned.

i want an unban. my tier is 3 because i tried change my gold value. but my game is closed suddenly and when im try to enter the game again it's says "this account is banned". Please understand me i will not do it again. i'm very regretful.
