Hello, I have gotten banned for just posting my discord link to my server that someone asked for, so I gave it to them. I then get banned later by this other guy who had stalked us and took a SS. Please, can you unban me?

I was banned for speed hack fora very long time(1-1.5 years back)and I did not have opportunity to file an appeal,but now I remembered this and after rereading the rules I saw that they give1month for a speed hack,but I am still in ban.Can I get unbanned?
