I was banned in 1 year and first when I have banned for 7 days for spamming I try to register in computer and I have banned for forever is this illegal to escape ban from another device or not

I got banned since I was joking with this guy about sending his address. He knew I was joking and I only said it clearly to him and nobody else. I'm fine with a ban I just don't think it should be as bad as a tier 4 and I wouldn't do it again evn as ajoke
