Um, hi, is there any way to appeal? My account was banned for cheating, but I don't have any tools or anything like that on my PC. Yesterday there was a power outage and the game crashed. When I tried to log back in, it said I was banned for cheating. :'^

Hello I was banned on the game with a T-2 but i don't really understand the reasons as it says "inappropriate messages" even thought i never Say that kind of words but only might be that Time where I said the word "bonning" or something but i didn't know.
