Absolutely unable to play the game online. When pressing the first option, the game does not respond and promptly crashes without a message, this happened even after re-installation. Opened the program 3 tabs, same option, until it showed me this. Help?

I see a strange user with numbers i dont know is that a glitch or a hacker but its strange
