Why is my INI not working what's wrong with it?

(BTW, im not releasing a demo of fnal, its just a showcase of the error)

Does anyone know how to save a global value to an ini so when you close the game and open it up again the value you saved is still the same and hasn't reset?

Heya pals, I have an issue here, I'm trying to make a function that generates a line between two objects, I've been trying to use the draw function but it isn't working, it generates a line from the frame to one object instead of both of 'em.
