She was originally made on Gacha Club a year or two ago. But as time passed I changed both her design and story drastically.
New type of "NeoN' concept I made, it's like NeoN but he has star powers instead of neon powers.
Glow effects were made by me in Flipaclip tho.
His name is "Spatium-Stellae NeoN"
