make it so likes on comments/shouts/whatever counts as likes on your profile because its just confusing that it counts for achievements but not profiles

if you're a GC owner there should be a feature to block certain people from the gc like blocking people from joining communities, incase someone gets rightfully kicked and someone keeps adding them back because im done with that one person's shit
