Is anyone experiencing issues with uploading game files, or is it just me?

I don't think this is the most suitable place to say this, but I just wanted to ask for help here as my secondary games profile got locked out after it was reported even if I was following the game jolt rules.

why does gamejolt show the reply button on comments from people i've blocked
