-There are some changes at Sans' behavior, he has some serious anxiety problems and his brother, Papyrus, is more concerned about him. Other monsters' behavior is different because of those changes.
-Before he was like Classic!Sans, but there is a theory that maybe something happened to Sans and left him traumatized like this.
- Sans became like that when he was taking a walk with his brother in Waterfall and suddenly he just disappeared in front of Papyrus. In that moment his brother got very scared and started searching for him, he found him a few steps ahead looking traumatized.
