Just beat this game.
Honestly, I love this retake and it hit me with a huge wave of nostalgia.
When I was very young and naive, due to Nintendo games not being as easily accessible in Russia I had to resort to downloading very suspicious Mario games, thinking they were legit. Later then I experienced a lot of viruses on my old laptop, so you can imagine how that must've felt.
I didn't think that something could reawake this feeling in me, but this came surprisingly WAY too close.
I also love everything about The Predestined. His design, his color palette, the fact he resides in an All-Stars port of SMB1 and of course the fact he speaks both Russian and English, but I may be just a little biased. :)

Here's a few tweaks to the Russian translation:
Title:
"Супер Марио братья 64

Dialogue:
"Спасибо что нашла меня (is the protagonist a female? If not then it's "нашёл") я начинал беспокоиться"
"Но к сожалению для тебя" (Protagonist is probably a kid)
Text in the chase sequence:
"Вернись сюда" (The same really. Mc is prolly a kid. Unless mx is a fine gentleman in this universe )
"Беги" (It's run not running. Unless the text is talking about MX "running")
The original translator did a good job. But there are some hiccups in the translation. I loved this retake of the game. Very good.
This is a very cool game, I say as a Russian person, the Russian language in this game is bad, which gives the atmosphere to a game that is a pirated Russian version of Mario with a crooked translation from 2010. Good job
"Heya, Lucas here, i was lookin through old romhacking websites trying to find a Mario hack i played when i was a kid, but instead i found this exe within a folder called FALLEN KINGDOM, no idea what it is but played for like 5 mins and it just seems to be a russian PC Port of Super Mario bros 1, I couldn't find any more documentation about this game or whoever made it so im reuploading it here in case anyone's curious, it's kinda freaky im ngl, it has a strange aura to me and im not that eagered to play it fully"

this is kinda obvious but, THIS IS NOT AN ACTUAL PC PORT OF SUPER MARIO BROS.
This is a Re-imagination of the original Mario PC Port (currently known as Mario '85) demo created by Hill Hopper Productions, this is a non-official remake and it shouldn't be taken as such, this is only a small project me and a friend did in the span of a week.
