WARNING 
Children of the Pork is a game with delirious and grotesque content. I'll do my best in these few lines to explain what it's about, but it probably won't be enough. If you are sensitive, close this now, don't continue reading and don't download this game. For all the fans of the madness of the underground gaming scene, here is the description of Children of the Pork.
ABOUT THE GAME
Children of the Pork is an adventure, action, magic, humor, and pork all blended, cooked, and served on a CD from your old Windows X - just to satisfy your insane craving for the weird. Its retro graphics will immediately twist your guts with nostalgia, and the violent and action-packed gameplay will make your brain explode from the porkamine overload.
The seasoning of this explosive concoction is a story straight out of the worst 80s kids' movies. You play as Sal, a special child with psychic powers and the ability to communicate with dead animals. This power allowed him to contact Peppo Pork, a rotten pig's head, who revealed the occult secrets lying beneath Eden Park, a huge public park where Sal and his friends meet to play.
Now, Sal's mission is to conquer the park and kick out all the adults, making room only for the children faithful to the new cult of Peppo Pork - the true friend of all kids.
To do this, Sal will need the help of his super friends, a roster of loyal followers of the pork, each with their own peculiarities: Kiddo Doggo, Pirate Kid, Willy the Kid… choose your character and get ready for battle.
Terrible enemies await your blows, including evil adults and nightmare creatures. Eden Park is a dangerous place for kids, so choose your weapon wisely and show no mercy, because none will be given to you. Crazy old folks, monstrous Pitbulls, Cyborg cops, and Zombie Templars will all stand between you and the liberation of the park.
Moreover, Peppo Pork will provide you with his magical blessings, which, when unlocked during gameplay progression, will make your character increasingly powerful and capable of facing every challenge the park hides.

DEVELOPMENT STATE 
The game is currently in Devlog format, but a pre-alpha version will soon be released for free download. Children of the Pork will be periodically updated, and individual progress will be posted here. So remember to leave a like and follow so that you don’t miss any news. I am developing it alone for now, so the first builds will likely be full of bugs, and progress may not be consistent over time. The goal is to complete the product and make it available on Steam and at the same time documenting all the process here.
