It’s recess time in Fairytale Land. Behind all the dried ink and paper of our bedtime stories lies a world where the fantastic beings of the tales party it out in a game known as TagTime.

TagTime is an asymmetric, fast-paced, online multiplayer party game that combines tag and capture-the-flag elements. In short, action-packed games, two chasers attempt to chase down and eliminate six runners. To avoid their impending doom, the runners must gather resources, build fortifications, and attempt to break one of the faberge eggs to claim victory.

FEATURES

2v6 Asymmetric Online Multiplayer: Play as either chaser or runner. Chasers are aggressive and must kill to win. Runners are resourceful and must outwit the Chasers by utilizing their resources to prevent their impending doom.

Team Play: Cooperate with your teammates to take the win. Chasers win by killing all the runners. Runners win even if only one survives.

Accessible Fast-paced Thrilling Action: Enjoy the thrill of the hunt and the suspense of clutch moments in short and intense games rid of micromanagement and intricate systems.

Party Time: Collect and consume power-ups to edge your opponents. A timely speed boost can save you from the death blow of a raging chaser. A deviously planned blood trail might lead you to the last surviving runner anxiously hiding in a nearby bush.

CHASERS VS. RUNNERS

Team Chasers win by capturing all the runners in the black cauldron. In their pursuit of victory, the chasers must use their devastating attack to wreck the runners’ fortifications to reach the runners.

What kind of chaser are you? Are you a fearsome brawler demolishing everything in your wake? A scheming villain lurking in the bushes ready to deliver bloody surprises to the careless runners? Or an apex predator tracking, trapping and cornering your helpless prey?

Team Runners secure victory by breaking one of the three colorful faberge eggs scattered across the arena.

To reach their goal the runners must gather resources and build fortifications to impede the progress of their pursuers. If danger is imminent they must either outrun and take refuge in a safe zone or attempt to hide in nearby bushes, waiting for the danger to pass.

Playing as runners is all about strength in numbers and cooperation. Harvest together to acquire resources faster. Camp the faberge eggs to break them faster.

Player Progression: Players earn XP based on their in-game performance. XP that grants access to new talents that improve the champion's stats and capabilities.

Champion Abilities: Champions will each have an extra special move defining their personality.

More Champions: Unlock the monstrous witch, wielding a terrifying broomstick and cauldron. Master the garden gnome’s prankster like nature capable of instancing decoys mimicking the gnome. There's more to come!

More Maps: Brawl in the forest where bushes aplenty offers either protection or inevitable death from a lurking chaser. Battle in the swamp where the devious mud pools will make you leave a persistent trail. Fight in the mountains where the steep plateaus can act as both fortress or trap.

Sound: Sound is, for the moment, being under prioritized. Rest assured that sound will be a priority down the line.

The game is currently in an early stage of development. We will regularly release updates for the game, whether they involve bug fixes, additional content, new features, or overall polish.
