You are Walt Disney, a young adult amateur looking for a job to support your family. After many failures and layoffs, you're offered one last chance: work on Steamboat Willie, one of the steamboats that are part of the Calissota Project. This project aims to take traumatized, broke, and financially destitute Toons to an isolated island called Calissota, with the intention of distancing the Toons from human violence and prejudice. Humans are strictly forbidden from setting foot on Calissota, but conveniently, there are no rules or restrictions preventing humans from working on the Calissota Project steamboats, as long as those same humans never set foot on the designated island. So, with no money, no halfway decent resume, a long history of layoffs and complaints about Walt, and a family to feed, you decide to take a chance and work on Steamboat Willie.

After all, what could possibly go wrong?

Toons are living beings of a species known as Vivi Pingere (translated from Latin as "Living Ink"). It's unclear when or how these creatures first appeared on our planet, but some theories suggest a possible biological mutation in the ink used to produce cartoons was responsible for their emergence.
The only certainty about these beings is that they are very unique, possessing animal characteristics in appearance but with human behavior. Toons are also known for their positivity and excessive joy, which can irritate some people who don't see the need for so much happiness without reason, even in states of crisis and/or depression.
Even though they are different species, because Toons have a more human anatomy than that of animals, some Toons can end up forming relationships with each other, potentially resulting in mating between the couple and, therefore, a new living being.
If the pregnant woman is a human who mated with a Toon, the child will be born as a human, but with cartoonish behavior, such as extreme positivity, a questionable sense of humor, a more malleable body with more movements, and unique facial expressions. If the pregnant woman is a Toon who mated with a human, the child will be born a Toon but with human characteristics, such as a more human physiognomy, a less malleable body, more rigid expressions, and a more temperamental nature.

Calissota – The Toon Haven

Calissota is a paradise made by Toons, for Toons. A place isolated from the human world, protected by magical boundaries that prevent any intruder from entering. Its enchanted landscapes include Lake Tintalino, with its crystal-clear, vibrant waters; Laughing Snowpeak Mountain, famous for its natural lights; the Anima Forest, where each tree has its own personality; and Frame City, the island's cultural heart, with vibrant buildings and cafes bustling with life. There's also Doodle Beach, with playful waves, and Reel Park, where rides change shape according to visitors' imaginations. More than a destination, Calissota is a new beginning: a safe home where Toons can live freely, celebrating their true selves.

Your job on the Steamboat Willie is simple. All you have to do is:

• You'll receive a list of tasks you need to perform, from cutting potatoes to cleaning the ship's floor. When you've completed all the tasks assigned to you, your shift will finally end.

• From time to time, some ship systems may fail and/or malfunction, such as the hydraulic system, the water temperature, and the furnace, requiring your assistance to keep the crew members' stay pleasant.

• To access these ship systems rooms, you'll need to cross a corridor, and along the way, some crew members may appear. Crew members can be quite aggressive at times, so to avoid any serious accidents, you'll need to learn how to deal with them.

• Medium crew members: If they have eyes, they can see you, so hide as quickly as possible in your room and don't make eye contact until they've left. If they don't have eyes, they can't see you, but they can hear you, so try to stay completely still and avoid making any noise until they've left.

• VIP Crew members: Every now and then, you'll hear a specific sound coming from one of the VIP crew members, whether it's quick, heavy footsteps, a Toon humming a tune, or a familiar laugh. When you hear these sounds, do not, under any circumstances, leave the room you're in and head down the corridor; this will cause you to run into the Toon, which could lead to a serious accident.

• If something goes wrong and you end up in an accident, don't panic. Steamboat Willie is equipped with medical kits for all crew members, including you. Regardless of the accident and/or your injury, the medical kit will have the right tools to treat your situation. But remember, resources are limited, and the more accidents you suffer, the worse your injuries will become, until you reach the point where you can't treat your injury and it becomes life-threatening. So avoid accidents for no reason.
  
  In short: Complete all assigned tasks, repair all ship systems if they start to malfunction, avoid direct contact with crew members, try not to cause any unnecessary accidents, and above all, don't disturb the captain!!!
