After the events of Paper Productions, And Harold Grace's death, it feels like the nightmare was over for Engel, but it isn't over yet until it is over. Alice is still around, searching for a new home she can be comfortable in, and reawaken once more. Engel however, decides to go under hiding as he waits

Now in 1982, an amusement park called "Paper Wonderland" opened, where children enjoy themselves and have fun. Founded by Fundamental Paper Studios (The successor to Paper Productions), it brings everyone so much nostalgia from the days they saw the cartoons on their televisions, people can visit the rides, play various carnival games, or even visit the Paper Gallery to learn about the history of the characters. But then on one fateful day... there was an incident. An experimental device called "Project: Demolisher" managed to escape from Paper Labs (A smaller business in the Fundamental Paper Studios brand) and attacked so many children and their families. Some of them managed to escape, but something was... wrong, it was difficult to get out; the exit was blocked. All of that chaos has ended, leaving behind a trail of bloody corpses and silence. Alice (Formally known as Amazing Alice) has finally found a way to seek revenge on the people she swore to take on

Five years later, in 1987, a man named Jacob Jenson decides to seek for answers about what caused the whole incident, so he decides to go to the Paper Wonderland Factory, where the ink machine is currently being held at, little did he know that he ended up in the old Paper Productions building where Eaglin' Engel was waiting for him. That's where it all begins for the both of them.
