The year is 2003, and whispers have begun circulating through back offices and late-night message boards about strange, unexplainable occurrences taking place on Disney’s long-abandoned Discovery Island. The island already carried a reputation steeped in controversy and half-forgotten scandals — shuttered aviaries, unexplained animal deaths, sudden closures, and an unsettling silence that lingered long after the tourists stopped coming. But now, new rumors have surfaced, and they’re far stranger than anything that came before.

In response, a small, discreetly assembled team of researchers and contractors was sent to investigate. Their mission was simple on paper: determine whether these stories had any truth to them, document anything unusual, and put the rumors to rest once and for all. But almost from the moment they set foot on the island, their communication became erratic. Reports arrived late, fragmented, or not at all. Equipment malfunctioned. Their notes grew stranger and more frantic. And then—without warning—the transmissions stopped entirely.

Weeks passed. Disney, desperate to avoid another public-relations disaster, quietly decided to retrieve whatever remained of the team’s work before abandoning the project altogether. To minimize costs and attention, they sent a single intern — underpaid, undertrained, and entirely expendable — to gather the team's research and bring it back.

But the moment the intern lands ashore, it becomes clear that something is very wrong. The island is not quiet. It is not empty. And whatever drove the research team to vanish… is still here.

On November 28th, 2020, the team released the official version of Five Nights at Treasure Island. While it was a major accomplishment at the time, the game hasn’t aged particularly well. Considering FNaTI’s legacy and its importance in the history of FNaF fangames, the team realized there was only one logical next step:

Return to where it all began.

This is Treasure Island — a full remaster of version 6.0. Our goal is to take the foundation of the 2020 release and transform it into something far better using our current skills. Expect new gameplay, brand-new models, and a more coherent story that connects to Oblitus Casa far more effectively than the original ever did.

But there’s more. I’ve been working for a long time on my own version, originally called Treasure Island: The Classics, a remake inspired by the earliest FNaTI builds. Now, I’m taking it even further with a new title:

Treasure Island: Ultimate

This will be the ultimate Treasure Island experience — an amazing blend of “The Treasure Island” style and VS Mouse Ultimate energy. The game will feature over 100 jumpscares, tons of new surprises, secret characters, and a full Classic Mode. There will be a final boss, a secret night, and a massive Extras menu.

One of the biggest features is Real-Time Nights, similar to FNaF’s real-time concept — nights that last exactly as long as they would in real life.

The characters I’ve created mean a lot to me, and I hope they’ll mean just as much to the developers and fans who’ve supported these projects for years. And who knows — maybe there will be another update in 2026.
