INSANE NEW UPDATE!
I figured out what was causing the lag (Bloom on with Convolution). I've disabled it and now I get 70-80FPS on HIGHEST settings when I used to get 30-40FPS on LOWEST settings. Shadows follow the sun now and has little performance cost!

After 9 HOURS of typing stupid commands, I've finally got UE4 on Linux. We are so back

Development is on hold at the moment because I'm switching to Linux. I hate windows SO MUCH ;-;

Shadow's have been optimised really well and I can actually run the game at a stable 60FPS at max graphics. What I did is I made the shadows not follow the sun anymore

Would you guys rather shadows follow the sun like in real life and the performance be terrible, or shadows be in the same angle all the time and the performance is good.

I managed to package a linux build of the game to test on my steam deck! I was using steam link to stream the deck's screen to my PC so the footage was a bit grainy :/

The teaser was a bit too dark so I reshot it
