Scott and his friends are running away from Pidgebeetle, trying to find a way back home. They get lost in the Link Between Worlds and Spicco has to search for his lost friends.
I Wanna Go Home! is a 2D adventure game with puzzles and exploration. It's based on our much larger series called The Nays.
This project was created for Global Game Jam 2019 (meaning we created it in under 48 hours). The entire game and all of its artwork were created in a single weekend by Steve Rakar and Michelle Rakar.
This year's theme was "What Home means to you" and coincidentally, that is the central theme of The Nays, so it fit perfectly for us.

For the 2019 GGJ, my brother and I created a 2D puzzle adventure game, based on our larger series (The Nays). When trying to find their way home, Spicco and his friends get lost and separated in The Link Between Worlds, so he has to search for them.
