What's this? A game just begging to be taken down by Nintendo? Have no fear! I know several tips you can use to avoid your project being taken down! (Hope this will get attention because i feel like i wasted my time on this one)
Avoid using assets from previous titles, like the logo or sprites. Make your own assets as Nintendo dosen't really bother with fan-arts. Music is in the same category.
Disable ads! If you leave those on, Game Jolt will still gain money over your fan project, thus giving a good reason for Nintendo to strike down your project.

You and your brother embark on a journey throughout the Petrite Region, a region closely tied to the ancient history of the Pokémon World, meeting new pokemon, and old, and throughout your journey, defending the region, and places beyond time and space from threats that come. Complete your pokedex, discover never-before-seen pokémon, and uncover ancient pokemon from eons before as you collect your badges and take on the Petrite League to become the Champion! Travel alongside your brother and your rival Violet throughout the region with each your own goals and discover the story of Pokémon Distortion Version.
