Creative concepts like this might actually start getting me to like Sans and Papyrus fangames. This is a breath of fresh air from all the Last Corridor/ Judgement Hall fights. Keep it up! Wish more people would utilize the bros in more unique ways than as a vessel to stop the human and have an anime battle with them.

This project is such a banger, between the unique concepts/ideas like blending M&L and Deltarune, and the fun premise of an adventure that focuses on the Skelebros, this project is so much fun to work on and I'm very excited to see what the demo will be like ^^

Are the fun gang (Kris, Susie and Ralsei) going to be in this?
No, aside from small cameos. The skeleton brothers star as main characters, a couple of select UT/DR characters might appear but no main Deltarune characters will be making any major appearances.
Will the game have a Pacifist/Neutral/Genocide route?
Nope, have you ever played a Mario & Luigi game?!
The game will have one single route and ending (which, I guess you could classify as neutral).
It'll be more linear than most UT/DR projects since it's easier to work on that way. Plus, adding ACTing and mercy mechanics to Mario & Luigi's already quite-complicated battle system sounds like a bit of a nightmare.
Does this have anything to do with Underfell? (Hence the "-fell" suffix in "Shadowfell"?)
Nope. "Shadowfell Saga" is a name punning off "Superstar Saga" (the first game in the Mario & Luigi series). "Shadowfell" comes from the fact that in Deltarune characters usually fall into the dark worlds.
Is this an AU? Is this the Deltarune timeline? What's going on?!
It takes place after Undertale's True Pacifist ending.
