The Desolate Hope - DELUXE!

It's that game with five sentient computers, the Derelicts, built with certain levels of mobility in case of emergency or need for relocation, but now it's back in this new DELUXE edition!

This is an unofficial port of Scott Cawthon's The Desolate Hope. I've rebuilt it to be more optimized for modern machines and devices.

It includes the following:

- New keyboard controls for PC users. You can now move with the A and D keys. Full keyboard controls have also been added to the minigames.

- Game settings have been added to the game. Fullscreen, V-Sync, Aspect Ratio.

- Added a perspective effect to the Betascape scene with the Derelicts which you can also turn on or off in the options menu.

- Other minor quality of life improvements have been made to make the gameplay experience much smoother. The game now runs at 60fps and on Direct 11.

This port was made for fun, and is also dedicated to Scott Cawthon and as a way to thank him for all the amazing years he gave us. Please support Scott by following his original version of the game on STEAM as well.

NOTE: If you played the original version on STEAM, your save files will still work as intended.

No additional steps are needed to play this new port, just open the .exe file on your PC. Just make sure the .dat file and the "Modules" folder are in the same location as the .exe file, otherwise the game will not open. I had to unzip the .exe file to prevent the game from being detected by a fake virus.
