Underuins has new features such as

-DM/Dream, a Healing Mechanic which helps especially during Pacifist Run

-Frisk Icon in Battles to visually show your HP Percentage

-Secret Bosses which are Mostly new characters

Underuins Aims to expand on areas UNDERTALE has left ambigious such as

• The Surface

• Fallen Humans

• Character's Backgrounds

• The Royal Family

• Is this set Post-Pacifist Run?

  No, It's set the same time as UNDERTALE but in a different timeline

• Can I remix the Game's music

  Yes as long as you give credit to us

• What is the alternate Timeline about

  There are quite a few differences, such as Papyrus being a royal guard and Mettaton never meeting Alphys but the Major point is being Kept secret

• Why is the SOUL Stitched together and does it affect gameplay?

  Because Toriel Stitched it back together! No, it doesn't affect gameplay, it works the same as the Normal SOUL in Undertale
