Overall, it's a Skin for Alter Clone Tails in Five Nights at Sonic's: Mega Merge Max Mix and only appears here exclusively.
In Fierce Forces, the Skin is not available. Since it represents the Classic Era and
Alter Clone Tails changes into the Modern version: Clone Tails "Tune-Up!".
