And here is my PSA. Please, please take the time to learn first aid! See article below for story

While I was manning the stands with my sons' troop volunteers, it was a stupid hot day and people were sitting in the sun for hours. There were multiple heat exhaustions that we (scout troop volunteers) had to handle cause the people in charge had no training. There was one woman who ended up with heat stroke, which can lead to brain damage or even death if untreated. No one around knew what to do except me from my training many years ago as a life guard. I did my best to cool her off for 25 minutes (a ridiculous and deadly long wait!!) before medics arrived. That's her and my one son helping me in the 2 photos and her leaving in a medi-vac later. Please learn first aid and cpr. There are real life applications that may arise, and you may be the difference in someone's life!
