Hey folks.
For a while we’ll probably be doing these monthly reminders that we’re still alive and working, rather than showing things off.
We have to keep most of what we’re doing now secret, unfortunately. My bones ache to spoil things.
Stuff we can share however:
I’m still working on the Aftertale Bible. We’ll probably only use 10% of it for the demo, but in the event that people really do want more Aftertale and we have the stamina to make it, we’ll have the rest of the game effectively charted out.
My partner recently began work on making some tools that streamline our in-engine process. We’ve got the makings of a cutscene tool, that lets us drag and drop together events and stuff. Development time will probably be a bit, but it should give us a lot of control over the quality of the cutscenes.
There has been a lot of demand for a Dev Diary entry. We’ll try to put one together when we feel we have enough to share with folks, but for the time being we’re keeping our noses to the grind stone.
