The man you see here alongside the moon is named Viktor. Traveling to present day from the far future, he wants to give a warning to the contest in the most harmful way possible. Before anything, he sets out in a "spying mission" to check what he needs to know about the song contest. He planned to go after the protagonists, but as he tried to sneak in the shadows of the Millennium Express Station, the Ripping happens. Good for him, he has the power to get a backup plan...

He also plans that this can be used to distract the general public while he sets out his dark crusade plan to a more successful chance...

This year's Joltober theming for me is around a divergence of the "Thin The Veil Between Worlds" quest, where a certain person tried to make Halloween come again, just for the Sealing Veil to be ripped again, now even bigger and worse than that, spreading throughout the universe. There will be some comic pages where we see a group who will arrive at the Harmony Space Station, while they were in the Millennium Express, will see the horrors as their carefully crafted seal has torn apart just like that. There will also be a guy that is supposed to be the bad one who is forced to cancel all his extremist plans because of The Ripping, as well as a man who strives to use this as an opportunity to boost his similar plans...
