In this version, Mizz is an unique human with a curse. In the world this takes place in, instead of being mammal-originating species, humans are a set of complex fungus (i got this idea from a timeline video where this is what humans are in a parallel universe). Mizal isn't like that, he's rather something similar to a human, who has originated from the flora complexity. Being a rare specimen, he is often shunned by the common people, to the point that he, instead of being blessed supposedly like the former people of his origins, he is cursed. Cursed into being one who feeds on the rotten. Something a flower as beautiful as he is shouldn't be capable of doing. Something that not one flower is sent to the other human world to do.

This image is when he realized something's wrong with himself. Seeing what happened to him, briefly having his mouth and hands covered in blood which is what he assumes as whatever's inside of animal-originating humans, he knows he's absolutely done for.
