After watching gameplay of Look Outside, I've gotten inspiration to make a eldritch form for August proper, though this is the beginning of his transformation mostly. Stage 1 is just a bit of blood and a noticeable wound forming on his eye.
Stage 2 is a sporadic and rapid transformation, the usual cosmic horror tropes and such but due to its rapidness it's very odd looking
Stage 3 and beyond begin to perfect its form into a more feral like form, various wounds, eyes, teeth, yada yada. His clothes had merged partially with him, most notable the hoodie strings having those eyes dangling off the end of it
