Bunch of Visual Fixes and Updates (edit)


Fixed Things on Flooring not appearing at the correct height

NPC Building specific adjusted too, it will only adjust it in the NPC Build Menu if it's actually part of the NPC Building, and vice versa.

Since Buildings have Flooring, I've adjusted all of their parts too.

Changed how Buildings Spawn, how does this look? I always liked the idea of them being dropped down, might be a bit extreme. Tent looks weird

P.s The flooring is broken in the gif because I was only testing the system with Buildings

Just realised I never coded anything to stop you putting Flags and Painings outside of houses...you know what? I like it!

This took a while and a bunch of code reworks, but Wall Torches now connect to the wall in the Build Preview! Also you can move them between walls and it indicates the closest wall when being placed or moved!
