First of all, thank you. All of you who have taken the time to wish-list Going Down on Steam. We appreciate you.
Second of all, sorry for baiting you with a scandalous image of Alice in her birthday suit. We hope you can forgive us for flaunting implied pixelated nudity.
We are working hard to bring you a polished demo and a trailer so you can finally get a taste of what this game is about. There is a lot of work to be done but we are hoping to have a working demo ready early next month in time for submissions for Steam's NextFest. Needless to say, we are incredibly excited for you to finally be able to play something after all the hard work we've been putting in.
Excuse the mirror imagery. The game is all about reflection, after all.
Most of the games mechanics have been implemented, so the majority of the remaining workload is putting the story into the game. That really doesn't sound like much, but it's still a lot of work to do. Rest assured we are making steady progress.
To anyone wanting to help fund the project, we are working on introducing ways to do so. You can already pre-order the game on Itch.io, and we have placed a small PayPal button on our website (as well as the sweet merchandise we have on offer).
If you want to support the project without parting with any cash, sharing the game with friends is always a huge help.
