Ever since during the events of the 2nd Cartoon Buddies Cake Place in year 2020, Jessica/Mindy/old Mindy and Mona/the Cyangle cartoon have met each other. They've started to know each other to have a friendship. Despite old Mindy being a member of the Missing People, the old Cartoon Buddies variants and the Mistreateds and the Cyangle cartoon being a member of the standard group and the Funtoons, they were possibly close friends. Their personalities are so alike. They've known to be cute, fashionable, elegant, pretty, loving, kind-hearted, gentle-hearted, sweet-natured, warm-hearted, charming, optimistic, energetic, and beautiful. They might have been egotistical, selfish, and vain, by them often caring about their own appearances, being more strong or determined, and believing who's worth enough of being better. But they still appear to be incredibly stylish. They surely have been quite smart and intelligent, they clearly know better to accomplish tasks. It's definitely fair to say these fashionable cartoons have a great relationship. They should have good interactions to each other. Yeah, Jessica and Mona definitely have a wonderful relationship. In fact, they've been constantly villainous, but they've been occasionally heroic. Their souls were haunted, after all. You agree with this as well, right?
