Thank you all for your patience, since now that I have released the engine and there's yet documentation and wikis to be written I have created a Gamejolt community and a Discord server to be able to help people on using this engine so you don't have to wait on tutorials and stuff.
The only requirement I ask for is that you have some knowledge on coding or programming on Game Maker Studio 2, that is all.
If you're interesting in developing a fangame of Undertale using this engine, you can reach out on those communities and I will try to respond to you to help ya out figure out my engine.
